Welcome to Ardmore Veterinary Group

As England goes into another country-wide lockdown we would like to let you know that both our Yeldham and Sudbury surgeries will remain open with our normal operating hours.

Due to the working practices we already have in place we have been able to keep our staff, clients and your pets safe and will continue to do so. Our current medicine ordering and collection  and current closed door policy will remain the same. We may have to switch to some increased remote consulting over the telephone or Skype and some non urgent consultations and health checks may have to be postponed until the end of this current lockdown. We are waiting clarification from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (our governing body) regarding this and will keep you updated when we are. Once again we thank you.

Our closed door policy  protects clients from being in close contact with members of staff who would be seeing many members of the public daily, and in turn protects the staff too. With this and our working practices inside the vets it also reduces the likelihood of a member of staff coming down with the virus infecting others or causing other staff members or clients to have to self isolate for the required 2 weeks. This way we ensure we can continue to care for all your pets.

It does make the phone lines busy and we thank you for your patience with this.
For any medication or food orders you can contact us on for the Sudbury branch or for the Yeldham branch with your details. We will send you a text when they are ready to collect.

All the best,
From the Ardmore team
